If you enjoy a nice relaxing swim with some isolation, then look no further! We have a couple outdoor pools for casual and serious swimmers alike. Enjoy laps on our olympic sized pools, or play water sports with your friends or family.
We also have indoor pools for colder seasons and inclement weather. Don't let the environment affect your opportunity to relax and swim the day away! We also have many large hot tubs for people to lounge and enjoy!
Tennis, badminton, racquetball, volleyball, and basketball courts are only a few of the courts we contain. High in number, there will always be one open for customers to enjoy. With indoor and outdoor facilities, the chance to play is never in question. Or practice your gymnastics in our state of the art gym!
In addition to all of our courts, we have many fields including baseball and softball, soccer, lacrosse, football, track, and turf! Why drive to a gym and then have to go somewhere else to enjoy some tennis? Ask us about our fun fields and we'll be happy to show you around.
If you own a dog, then you most likely know the struggle. With so much time in a day, it is hard to take care of a dog and get your workout in sometimes. Ultimate Health and Fitness is here to help! With our dog park and pet friendly staff, you can drop them off during your workout. Allow man's best friend to enjoy himself and exercise too! Take him out for a visit and ask us about our services; your dog will be begging to come back!
