Healthy Cooking Classes

Our healthy cooking classes help to teach you recipes that taste great and are healthy for you. We have special classes designed for your cooking preferences. Some of our classes include "Meal For Two," "Cooking For Diabetics," "Picky Eaters," "Family Dinners," "Cooking For Heart Disease," "Entertaining Your Friends," and "Gluten-free Meals."

We offer many group fitness classes. They are all taught by our personal trainers. We have classes for every age group including Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates, Shape Up, Cycling, Heart Healthy Cardio, Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Tae Bo, Ripped, and P90X. 

We feel many teens are not receiving enough real world knowledge in high school. For instance, how do you apply for college or choose a major? What classes do you take in high school? What are your options after high school? Ultimate Health and Fitness has classes for preteens and teens to help them learn valuable life skills. 

 

Ultimate Health and Fitness takes pride in our Kids Corner. Our children are our future and we are dedicated to teaching them life skills to help them be successful and healthy throughout life. We have programs for children of all ages. We also have clubs for children to gain leadership experience and become more knowledgable individuals.
